LB Steak in San Jose To Celebrate Oktoberfest September 17, 2011

LB Steak in San Jose will celebrate Oktoberfest from Saturday, Sept. 17 through Sunday, October 2 by offering a special $49.00 three-course prix fixe menu (in addition to the regular a la carte menu) with a la carte beer pairings available. The prix fixe, designed by chef Ryan Ellison, will include House Made Smoked Trout with a beet salad, horseradish cream sauce, and pickled vegetable roots; Crispy Skin Roasted Pork Shank with savoy cabbage, juniper berry scented baked potato, and a German mustard sauce; and a Poached Pear with German Stollen candied fruits and nuts cake, and vanilla ice cream. This menu will be served for lunch and dinner.
