Lawrence White Medicine and Literature Book Group November 11, 2010

This book group uses literature to explore medicine, bioethics, and philosophy. The issues include death and dying, euthanasia, doctor-patient relationships, stem cell research, aging, morality in medicine, and health care policy. Lawrence White is a medical doctor, bioethicist, writer, and pharmacologist.
