d berman gallery is pleased to present new work by Austin artist Lauren Levy. The new textile and button-based work is a fitting and exciting progression from her well-known sculptures, several of which will also be included in the exhibit. Buttons remain her major medium; however, they have now become a tool for drawing objects onto fabric. The new works combine two-dimensional and three-dimensional elements into one.
