Laughter on the 23rd Floor June 8, 2012

Inspired by Simon's early career experience as a junior writer along with Rob Reiner and Mel Brooks, the play is a memoir told by Neil Simon's alter ego, Lucas. The writers try to top each other with gags while competing for the attention of the head man (the Sid Caesar character) on the popular 1950's TV show, Your Show of Shows.
