Latin Extension October 5, 2012

This course aims to deepen an appreciation of Latin through the preparation of short set pieces in English to Latin and Latin to English, and also includes short unseen passages to test comprehension. The readings are wide-ranging, and are designed to provide an enjoyable enhancement of language skills through the revision of vocabulary and grammar. Voluntary class interaction is encouraged through reading Latin aloud, and discussing language and cultural aspects of the set pieces. Details of this event may be subject to change.
