Latin America Labor Solidarity: Breaking the Media Blockade December 9, 2010

In conjunction with the annual LaborTech conference, MCCLA will hold a panel discussion on the strategic use of new media in building North-South labor solidarity. Live and internet streamed panels will feature grassroots mediamakers and labor activists from Venezuela, Brazil, Honduras and Immokalee, Florida. The panel will be livestreamed in the MCCLA theater and over the internet, reaching from the Mission to Maracaibo. Spanish-English translation will be provided.
