Late Show Comedian Eddie Brill Hosts Comedy Workshop @ Orpheum Foxboro February 19, 2011

Eddie Brill, the man who thousands of hopeful comedians have to impress before appearing on the Late Show with David Letterman, will bring his one-day Stand-Up Comedy Workshop to the Orpheum Theatre in Foxboro on February 19th. Following the workshop, the Orpheum Theatre in Foxboro invites workshop participants to take the stage during its monthly Comedy Night.

Brill, a renowned stand-up comedian, has worked on the Late Show with David Letterman for the past eleven years as the comedy talent coordinator as well as the audience warm-up. In comedy since 1984, Brill is an international comedian who has taped more than 100 television shows in 6 difference countries, as well as is a 3-time MAC (Manhattan Association of Cabaret and Clubs) Award Winner for Best Male Stand-up Comic in New York City.

Following the intensive full-day Stand-Up Comedy Workshop, students will test their new-found skills at the Orpheum Theatre's monthly comedy night, headlined by Brill.

The Stand-Up Comedy Workshop runs on Saturday, February 19, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Admission to the workshop is $250, and are limited to the first twelve registrations.
