Shake off the stress of the day with a slow detoxifying flow, and finally wind down and restore. End your day by returning to your body and breath. From dynamic, breath-centric vinyasa sequences, to Kriyas and freestyle movement inquiries-- expect to sweat, experience, connect and breathe.

All levels welcome including absolute beginners.

Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30pm. Taught by Jessica Chazen, Roger Kuhn, and Dana Goeglein.
