Laroche Wine Dinner at Eat Here July 25, 2012

Sean Murphy’s Beach Bistro and Eat Here chefs will be teaming to present a special “roaming” tasting menu featuring Wilson Daniels Laroche wineries in Viña Punto Alto (located in Chile’s Casablanca Valley) and Mas La Chevalière (located in Southern France).

All wines will be available for purchase by the bottle or case.

The selection of limited production wines will highlight a Carménère Reserva, the “lost varietal” from the Casablanca Valley, as well as a new Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva and Pinots from Chile and Southern France.

The Chef teams will present favorite treats from Eat Here’s current menu and debut new creations on Eat Here’s Coming Soon marquee, such as smoked salmon pizza, seafood stew, braised duckling, smoked amberjack and lobster tacos .

Space is limited and reservations are highly recommended. The entire six-course presentation with wine pairings is only $35 per person and will be hosted at Eat Here Sarasota on Wednesday, July 25 at 7 p.m.

The Beach Bistro will provide “Bistro Bus” transportation from Anna Maria Island to the first islanders to reserve.
