Rampant growth, urban development and environmental degradation has transform the physical world. The artist therefore repond by changing the way they picutre land as a result of this change. Many contemporary artists are suspicious and critical of human impact on the earth. This exhibition examines the transition from nostalgic vistas to bleak metropolis, focusing on the landscapes that lie in between these opposing viewpoints.
