Landmark Vineyards' "Day on the Farm" October 16, 2010

Landmark Vineyards invites visitors to celebrate the end of harvest with the Landmark team. The “Day on the Farm” includes a full day of wine-country celebration and immersion:

•Meet and greet with Landmark’s proprietors, winemakers, and production crew
•Live Music by Laurent Fourgo & His Ensemble – jazz style trio compromised of seasoned musicians with 15 to 30 years of experience.
•Library wine tasting – high scoring, vineyard designate wines
•Viticulturalist led Vineyard Tour at 1 p.m. (reservations required). Learn about Landmark’s organically farmed estate vineyard. Get involved with a hands-on vineyard activity – which could include sampling grapes and/or a demonstration of harvest techniques.
•Horse-Drawn Wagon Tour through estate vineyard – leaving from the front of the winery every half hour
•Harvest Lunch catered by Rosso – made-to-order brick oven pizza, whole roasted pig, and fresh, organic garden salad paired with Landmark’s current release wines
•Enjoy bocce and various lawn games
