All of this begins in Lancaster County PA, in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch country, where the clip clop of Amish buggies is heard in tune with the chop chop of fresh herbs, and both combine to offer the perfect culinary excursion.

The highlight of the weekend is a spectacular evening of fine dining at one of the areas local fine dining establishments.
