Lakeshore Open Mic Casting Call March 25, 2010

Come out and join Lakeshore Theater for the newest, hottest event in the Chicago open mic lineup! Local Chicago comedians, musicians and variety acts are encouraged to bring their BEST five minutes to the Lakeshore stage!

Lakeshore Theater’s talent booker, owner, and artistic director Chris Ritter will be watching all performances to compile a comprehensive database of Chicago’s local comedy scene. Host and feature bookings will be made from this database for some of Lakeshore’s upcoming events. Lakeshore Open Mic Nights give local talent the opportunity to perform on the stage that has hosted famous acts such as Robin Williams, Janeane Garafalo, Patton Oswalt, Louis CK, Doug Stanhope, Margaret Cho and many more!

The open mic has no cover, so bring your friends to support you. The more cheers you get, the better chances you have at being added to the Lakeshore roster. Those not performing are still encouraged to come out and support Chicago’s local comedians!
