Beginning at 10 p.m. every Monday, Cadillac Ranch is kicking off Laid Back Mondays as a way to relax, or for a pick-me-up, after a long day back at that office. Guests can sit back and relax while enjoying live music by Javier Garcia, food and drink specials until midnight and playing XBox Kinect games on the Cadillac Ranch main stage.

Specials include ½ off appetizers from 10 p.m. – midnight and 2-for-1 shots, drinks, martinis and 12oz beers (excluding super premium liquirs) until close.
