About the artist:
Marc B’s music is made to mellow you out. His “Sublime-on-Marley” (Kevin Ferguson, District Weekly) style is an honest representation of the laid back environment of the California coast.
Marc was recently named as a nominee for Best Surf Artist at the 2009 Orange County Music Awards, standing alongside other nominees as The Offspring, Matt Costa, and The Vandals, all from OC.
Growing up free-surfing all types of boards in Newport Beach, California, Marc B’s passion for the ocean runs deep. His music is a mix of that passion, combined with acoustic roots, tropical vibes, and a handful of honest, street-wise lyrics that people find stimulating.
