Laffin' Pineapples - Alt Rock band at Kyra. Four laffin' lads, and one happy pineapple (the mascot) and you get The Laffin' Pineapples. An alt rock band that features the talented bunch from the city. Having performed for over a decade at their respective educational institutions and having even cut an instrumental rock album with 'This Side Up!' titled, 'Flight to Elysium' ; these music aficionados are all set to put a wide rock n rolling smile on your faces, if their profile is to be believed. What's sad is that the music scene is going to be one band short come end July, with the Laffin' Pineapples headed to the US for further sides.
