A breakout star of the UK’s grime scene, the diminutive, wise-ass rhyming MC known as Lady Sovereign is all set to follow her countrymen Dizzee Rascal, The Streets and M.I.A. onto the iPod playlists of American listeners.

DJ and rapper Pete Rock has been a fixture on the hip-hop scene for nearly 20 years.

Born in South Africa and raised in New York City, rapper and producer Jean Grae has been a prominent figure on the underground rap scene.
