Learn general relaxation and breathing exercises for labor. This class addresses effective coaching techniques and common expectations of the delivery process. Specific Lamaze or Bradley methods are not covered. This class is recommended during your 7th or 8th month of pregnancy. The cost of this class is $15. This class does not include a BirthPlace tour.
