About the Presenters
Deborah Glasser, Deborah Glasser Labor Relations, LLC
For more than twenty-five years, Deborah Glasser has provided leadership in labor relations. In that capacity, she has negotiated hundreds of labor contracts. In early 2011, she founded Deborah Glasser Labor Relations after working as Senior Labor Relations Practitioner with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore (LCW) in San Francisco. LCW is a labor and employment law firm which specializes in representing public sector clients. Uniquely, Ms. Glasser has negotiated on both sides of the table as chief negotiator for public and private sector employers and for prominent labor organizations. That dual insight has enabled her, not only to negotiate very favorable outcomes on behalf of her clients but to also avoid the rancor and contentiousness that can lead to lasting bitter feelings long after the contract is settled.
