Deposits and Payments: A non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due no later than March 1, 2009. Price is subject to change until deposit is paid. All deposits and payments must be made online or in the form of Money Order (M.O. or cash if paid in person) payable to:

Failure to make payment within 3 days of due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation or late fees. Call agent to make arrangements if deadline cant be met.
Liability Policy: Illya Travel shall not be liable for any seen or unforeseen occurrences, mishaps, personal injuries, incidents, acts of God, weather conditions, labor stoppages, and any sickness or diseases. Illya Travel shall also not be liable for any and all claims, damages, suits, or causes of action arising from injury to person
or property.
