Labeque Sisters: Piano Duo September 1, 2011

Katia and Marielle Labeque have long been famous not only for the seamless ensemble of their playing, but also for their superlative musicianship and extraordinary scope of repertoire which ranges from Bach, Mozart and Schubert to Stravinsky, Gershwin and Bernstein. Their first recording with Philips, of Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue, received a Gold Disc immediately after its release. Their MUSIC "At Eight" program will begin with Mozart's Sonata in D and will include works yet to be decided.
