Gabe Abelson (Award winning writer for Letterman, Leno, Bill Maher, Lopez Tonight)
Gabe Abelson began his writing career as a stand-up comedian, performing for many years at venues such as Catch A Rising Star, Caroline’s Comedy Club and The Improv in New York City, The Tropicana Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, Bally’s Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, as well as comedy clubs and theaters across the country. He has also appeared on “Late Night With Conan O’Brien”, “MTV’s Half-Hour Comedy Hour” and A&E’s “Comedy On The Road.” Along the way, he earned a B.F.A. in Dramatic Arts from New York University. Coming off the road, Gabe became a monologue writer for Bill Maher’s “Politically Incorrect”, then spent four years as Head Monologue Writer for “The Late Show With David Letterman”, which earned four consecutive Emmy Awards for Outstanding Comedy Variety Series. Gabe also served as writer and producer on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”, “The Late, Late Show with Craig Kilborn”, “Lopez Tonight”, the “Howard Stern Radio Morning Show”, as well as numerous awards shows and internet series. From 1982 to 1992, Gabe taught a highly touted stand-up comedy course at New York City’s Manhattan Punchline Theater. Many of his students performed on programs such as “The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson” and “The Late Show with David Letterman”. For the past 25 years, Gabe has written and produced for, and performed alongside Hollywood TV and film stars such as Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld, Dave Chappelle, Rodney Dangerfield, Ray Romano, Eddie Murphy, Wanda Sykes, George Lopez, Sam Kinison, Jamie Kennedy, Sarah Silverman, Kevin James and Jon Stewart.

Jeff Schimmel (Writer for Full House, In Living Color, Mind of Mencia, HBO & Showtime)
Jeff Schimmel became a writer purely by accident, selling an idea for a Cold War spy thriller while attending law school in Los Angeles. After graduation, he wrote two feature film projects with Rodney Dangerfield, one of which was the Warner Brothers animated film, “Rover Dangerfield”. This led to his first TV staff writing job on “Full House”. Bouncing back and forth between television and film, Jeff wrote for “In Living Color”, “The Wayans Brothers”, “The Sunday Comics”, and served as writer and supervising producer on “The Mind of Mencia,” as well as writer and executive producer on several HBO and Showtime Network projects and comedy specials. During this time, he sold movie projects to Steven Spielberg and Dreamworks Studios, Pentagon Pictures at MGM/UA, and performed script consulting work on various TV and film projects. Recently, Jeff has also been involved in the development of reality television projects. In addition, Jeff has worked with radio industry giants Clear Channel, Radio One, and Emmis Communications as creator and executive producer of many top rated radio morning shows around the country. Since 1985, Jeff has written and produced for Hollywood TV and film stars such as Jim Carrey, Jamie Foxx, Bob Hope, Harold Ramis, Dave Chappelle, Ellen DeGeneres, Rodney Dangerfield, George Lopez, Tracy Morgan, Peter Boyle, Bob Saget, Damon Wayans, Bobcat Goldthwait, Kevin Pollak, Busta Rhymes, Cheech Marin, and his brother, comedian Robert Schimmel.
