We meet on the last Tuesday of the month at the Rich Media Institute.

LA Drupal meets monthly and offers a nice place for members and new people to learn and talk about Drupal, a world popular content management system (CMS). RSVP is not required and attendance is free.

Drupal Case Study: X PRIZE Foundation

The X PRIZE Foundation is the brainchild of Dr. Peter H. Diamandis who strongly believes that focused and talented teams in pursuit of a prize and acclaim can change the world. In May 2004, the X PRIZE was officially re-named the Ansari X PRIZE to reflect the generous multi-million dollar donation from the Ansari family. Getting Started with Drupal

This "get 'em started" presentation is going to be a good primer for people who are new and are getting into Drupal. Plan to see Drupal being installed on a local machine (Windows/Mac) and other various points covered like, what is a Module, how are permissions granted to users, and what are content types and how do I ender content once my Drupal is installed.
