The organization was born out of a void that exists for adults to continue their education in a holistic manner that incorporates exercise, life-skills, healthy living, giving back and a spirit of community and bettering their lives.

The Program
We will partner with individuals and organizations to provide services in the target areas described above. We are equipped to do a preliminary assessment of anyone that signs up for our series of workshops, programs and events, and give them feedback on a tailored program for living a healthier, more fulfilling life. Individuals can participate in individual workshops, workshop series, networking nights, social events, community service projects and surveys. The program is divided into the several components
