San Antonio Winery, Southern California’s most awarded Winery, invites all wine lovers to join
them at the “Wines From Down Under” Australia & New Zealand Wine Tasting Seminar on July 12,
2009.

Among the wines to be sampled are*:

• Kono Sauvignon Blanc 2008

• D’Arenberg “Hermit Crab” Viognier Marsanne 2008

• Ferngrove Semillion-Sauvignon Blanc 2006/07

• D’Arenberg “Laughing Magpie” Shiraz Voignier 2007

• Penley Cabernet Sauvignon 2006

• Ferngrove “Dragon” Shiraz 2005

• Hardy Sparkling Shiraz

These fine wines will be served shrimp off the Barbie with mango pickle; pan seared Barrumundi, green onion basamati rice and stewed eggplant with crispy onions; New Zealand lamp chop with roasted sweet potatoes and tomato fondue; Australian cheddar with sea biscuit crackers and fruit medley; and for dessert, Lamingtons cake, chocolate dipped cake with shredded coconut and bitter chocolate sauce.
