KITCenter Web 2.0 June 4, 2009

The new and exciting changes in Web 2.0 free collaborative tools will be discussed. These will include but not be limited to the use of wikis, blogs, mind mapping, mash-ups, video streaming, Google Chrome and other free tools. Participants will explore these new tools, be provided virtual sites for continued learning and hand-outs for exploration.

Lunch will be provided.
The workshop will be held in the Business Building, Room 108.

This workshop will be held on theSouthwest Campus of Jefferson Community and Technical College. The college is located at 1000 Community College Drive, Louisville, KY 40272.

to increase IT enrollment and completion rates, with more IT jobs filled;
to implement widely the new Kentucky IT curriculum;
to enhance the expertise of high school, community college, and technical college IT faculty;
to support and enhance IT initiatives across the Commonwealth; and
to increase the support and participation of business, government, and industry.
