Kirkwall - Armed Forces Day awareness event June 13, 2009

Details:
Free admition. 3 pipe bands and a selection of soldiers from old to new (including potential), will march through Kirkwall followed by an address outside the Cathedral and a 30 minute "Pipe off" between 3 pipe band. All welcome to join in the march through the City.

There will be Pipe and Drum workshops for beginners of all ages throughout the week preceeding the event (see local press for details).
