KINGFISHER presents Comedy Nights featuring Papa CJ from 26th June to 2nd July 2008 in Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai & Delhi.

Papa CJ started his comedy career in London and has performed to considerable critical acclaim at the Mecca of Comedy: The Comedy Store in Leicester Square.

Papa CJ is the undisputed star of the hit World Stands Up Series, who has put together a magical India segment, complete with an exciting medley of topical silver bullets guaranteed to delight Indian audiences. He also made it to the semi-finals of the hit show, “LAST COMIC STANDING” and has been shortlisted by NBC for the hottest “Newcomer of the Year 2008″ award. Papa CJ won the You Must Be Joking competition at the Newbury Comedy Festival in 2005. He came third in the Hackney Empire New Act of the Year 2005. He was a finalist in the Laughing Horse New Act of The Year 2005 Competition.
