SONOMA , California (March 5, 2007)—If music is art, then Kim Prevost and Bill Solley are a classic painting. The only thing better than seeing Kim and Bill in concert is seeing them in a tiny, intimate setting.

You are invited to an intimate evening of sultry jazz singing and virtuoso guitar playing. Kim Prevost oozes smoky sensuality. Her voice insinuates and then soars. It floats and then wails. Her range is amazing, moving seamlessly from Duke Ellington to Stevie Wonder to Hoagy Carmichael. Meanwhile, Bill Solley makes music on his seven-string guitar that jumps and jives, and then makes you cry with its pristine beauty.

Individually, they are both tremendous talents. As a team they are the perfect compliment of harmony, rhythm and emotion. And they are funny too. This kind of chemistry comes a long only once in a blue moon. Think of Ella Fitzgerald and Joe Pass in the seventies.

Whatever you do, don’t miss this spectacular show. Sponsored by the Sonoma Valley Jazz Society. Seating is limited. For reservations, contact Janice King (707) 373-0700 or [email protected]
