The Orpheum Theatre in Foxboro announces that famed Illusionist David Garrity will perform at the Winter Vacation series on Monday, December 27th.

Highlights from David's show include a flashy opening called "Shades of Magic" in which the unique magic revolves around a set of sunglasses that have appeared in a flash of fire, a breathtaking escape where David races against time and re-creates Houdini's dangerous Straightjacket Challenge and a beautiful and artistic illusion involving ordinary Hula Hoops that perform extraordinary magic. David Garrity uses these illusionary elements combined with music, pantomime, situation comedy and audience participation to entertain audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

Recently, David's show "Magic&Beyond" has been seen at the United Nations School in NYC, First Night Worcester in Worcester, MA and at Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, CT.

David performs over 500 shows annually along the East Coast and internationally. David's show has been seen at amusement parks, colleges, festivals, mall promotions, corporate events, schools, libraries and countless other functions.

In 1991, David formed his own production company, Entertainment Magic. Since then, Entertainment Magic has been responsible for creating entertainment.
