Kid’s Day at Elwood Farmer Market July 18, 2009

Attend the fun filled farmers market in uptown Elwood from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, July 18 - it’s Kid’s Day. Many family fun activities are planned. There will be face painting, tattoos, sack races, corn hole game, balloons and free treats throughout the market day. Performing at 11 a.m. will be the East Main Street Christian Church Praise Puppets - always a fun show for all ages.

But the main feature is the fresh produce available every Saturday from local gardeners and farmers. Make sure you get your fresh vegetables, fruits, honey, hormone free beef, cheese, spices, baked pies, miscellaneous baked goods and garden decorative items.
