Professional chef and nutritionist, Vanessa Lee Rubin, teaches young chefs ages 7 to 11, recipes using farm-fresh dairy products. Sample recipes include hand-stuffed mushroom and cheese ravioli, and waldorf salad with yogurt dressing. This class is 20$ per child. Limited scholarships are available. Class will be held at the PSU Portland Farmers Market from 8:30- 10 a.m., July 25th. Because these events usually sell out, pre-registration is strongly recommended.
