Kid’s Art Class: Be Creative, Artistic and Colorful! June 16, 2012

Children ages 8-12 will explore different media inspired by the works of famous artists under the direction of local artist, Karol-Ann Skelly. Some of the media students will learn to use are watercolors, acrylics, water based oils, colored pencils, watercolor pencils, and mixed media. Lessons in color theory and the techniques used by the artists will inspire students to create an art book reflecting their artistic inspirations that can be added to student portfolios. Materials are included in class fee. Space is limited and a minimum number of students must be met for the class to meet. Early registration is encouraged and ends one week prior to the first class.
