Enjoy performances by the reigning Mr., Ms. and Miss Pridefest 2007, as well as be introduced to the new contestants who desire to wear the crowns for 2008. Complimentary buffet provided.

A special Pride Service will be held to celebrate Key West’s ONE HUMAN FAMILY. Joy, peace and acceptance will be abundant. A light brunch will be served directly after the service. All are invited.

HOMES HOUSE TOUR
SUNDAY, JUNE 8, 2-5 PM
4-5 Gay and lesbian community members will open the door to their lovely homes for this very special house tour. Homes selected for the tour represent the most creative and distinctive decorating styles.
Admission: $20, which includes a reception at 4pm at the last house on the tour.

MR. PRIDEFEST 2008

The hottest men in Key West will compete for the crown of Mr. Pridefest 2008. Contestants will model fashionable (and not so fashionable) swim wear, demonstrate a variety of talents and share their views of current issues. As Mr. Pridefest 2008, the winner pledges to work with GLCC key West on program implementation and fund raising.
Admission: $10 suggested donation at the door.

CAP (CELEBRATING ACHIEVEMENT IN PRIDE) AWARDS
MONDAY, JUNE 9, 7pm
CRYSTAL ROOM AT LA TE DA, 1125 DUVAL STREET.
Co-sponsored by the Gay and Lesbian Community Center and the Key West Business Guild, this event recognizes the contributions made by members of the Key West community in enhancing the quality of life in Key West. Nominations are submitted from the community at large in such categories as Business & Professional Leadership, Community Promoter and Generous Heart; just to name a few. A committee composed of members of the Gay and Lesbian Community Center and the Key West Business Guild review all nominations and the select the winners. Awards are presented on stage in the Crystal Room at La Te Da. Free Admission.

Contestants for Ms. Pridefest 2008 “enjoy being a girl!” Key West ladies will demonstrate their talents, their sense of fashion and their spontaneity in dealing with unexpected situations. GLCC/AIDS HELP FILM FESTIVAL

This event will feature films which highlight the latest information about HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention. Held at the beautiful Tropic Cinema at the corner of Duval and Eaton.
