dear concerned do what you have to if you don't speak for that animal who will? if you can you must get the animal away from the abuser if u can, even if to just take it to the shelter tell them that the animal was being abused and they will take care of the animal and u will be able to sleep at night knowing u did the right thing, i hate people to abuse pets and if we don't speak for them then who will? so please do the right thing don't turn a blind eye like every one else. know what ur going thur. ur friend rosemae.

Can I post the adress of an abused animal here that needs help that everyone turns a blind eye to????
I want to so bad, but I do not want to violate any laws. The Lou Animal Control will go and give these people a ticket and never follow up on the case and I watch these people mistreat their pet over and over and over again.......
What can I do? I reported them again today.....on Sunday to city call......The temps are in the upper 90's again today. How long can an animal survive without food and water in this heat...?
Please give me some answers, I can't sleep at night.
