Join Stress Management professor and Yoga Instructor, Brittanie DeChino, for a 2-hour workshop to prepare you for the upcoming holiday season.
Year after year, the holiday season leaves us feeling frazzled, empty (energetically and fiscally), exhausted, overweight, and stressed. Sometimes it even leaves us with a bad cold or the flu!

The intention of this workshop is to mentally and emotionally prepare ourselves for the upcoming holiday season: setting specific, mindful intentions of not allowing history to repeat itself. We’ll talk about maintaining balance with crazy schedules, dealing with seasonal change, eating well amidst the holiday parties, fitting in time for exercise, staying healthy, and, most importantly, valuing time with family and friends.

In addition we'll include a soothing yoga practice with extra emphasis on dharana (meditation) and pranayama (breath-work).
