2009 Education Seminar will provide information to
assist investors in making investment decisions in the current market and in
longer term planning. Three excellent educational presentations are currently scheduled during the seminar.

Andrew Schmitt, CEO of
Layne Christensen Company headquartered in
the Kansas City area, will be one
presenter.

Cindy Richey of Prosperity Planning will address the
changing retirement landscape and estate planning with the topic Real World
Retirement Planning.

Richard
Romey
will discuss EFTs. He is
the founder and chief investment strategist of ETF Portfolio Solutions, a
fee-based investment advisory firm that offers investors access to portfolios comprised
entirely of exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Richard is the author of Strategic Index Investing Unlocking the Power of
Exchange-Traded Index Funds

A short Annual Meeting of
KC BI will also be included in the schedule to cover business related to the
local chapter and its members.

Organized by Kansas City Chapter; Better Investing
The KC Chapter covers the western half of Missouri and all of Kansas.
The KC Chapter is made up of local
volunteers. Our primary goal is investor education for our clubs and
members in Western Missouri and Kansas. We assist in the formation of new
clubs, visit established clubs for training and trouble-shooting,
and conduct training sessions for members and the public. Classes are held in the
local communities.
