Katie Baldwin creates prints that are made from multiple blocks. Each block is carved and inked and printed by hand, a time-consuming process that contrasts with today's society where everything is made to be fast, efficient and overproduced. Subjects include daily life as it intersects with themes of poverty, relationships, culture, natural disasters and dumb luck.
