Kasmalieva and Djumaliev: Focus March 4, 2007

Kasmalievaand Djumaliev will present the multichannel video installation 'Trans Siberian Amazons.' The work follows two women traders hauling domestic goods by train across Central Asia and asks pressing questions about national identity, nostalgia and global politics and economics.
