The Kansas City Singers will be using arrangements of classical music. Classical pieces that people can hear everyday in elevators, commercials, cartoons and/or movies.

The singers will be performing various arrangements from those of Beethoven, Bach, Brahms and Vivaldi, among others.

The Kansas City Singers invite the public to come and enjoy an evening of enchanting music at their new venue. The Classical Aperitifs will be performed November 18th, 19th and 20th in Liberty Memorial Museum?s new 250-seat auditorium. Concerts will start at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Audience members can reserve a place at the Opening Night Gala for $35, which includes a $20 tax deduction, wine and hors d?oeuvres with the singers at 7 p.m. and the show. Advance tickets for performances are $15 for adults and $12 for students and seniors and can be purchased online at www.kcsingers.org or by calling 816-361-0431. Tickets will also be available at the door for $18.

The Kansas City Singers is a professional 16-voice a cappella chorus that performs music to promote preservation of musical heritage, to educate and inspire artistic excellence.
