I hope that you are staying warm as winter seems to finally be working its way into our part of the country! The season is here to find ways to have fun inside. One of the ways you can do that is by coming to the Kalamazoo Reptile & Exotic Animal Expo this Saturday, November 20, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Kalamazoo County Fairgrounds. With over 40 tables booked so far, this is a great opportunity to come and check out the variety of animals and supplies that will be available this month. You will be able to find ball pythons, bearded dragons, milksnakes, crested geckos, cornsnakes, Burmese pythons and other cold blooded creatures. If you prefer the warm blooded animals, there will be sugar gliders, hedgehogs, chinchillas, guinea pigs, puppies and more! We will also have feeders for your pets, including live crickets, live and frozen rodents, a variety of worms and Dubia cockroaches. There will also be cages, lights, heat, filters, substrate and other supplies for your pet’s home.

We will also have visitors from the 4H Cavies and Critters program at the show. They will be displaying some of their animals and other projects. They can also give you information about how you and your smaller pets can become involved in the 4H program.
