We will stretch and sit. And, on this evening, we will learn about Ecstatic Kabbalah: an esoteric practice born out of the power of Hebrew — like Sanskrit, one of the uniquely vibrational languages — to draw us into special connection with the Divine. Absolutely no need to be Jewish or know any Hebrew to take this gathering fully into your hearts.
