JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa is offering delicious Easter brunch and dinner menus at its Tuscany, Meritage Steakhouse and Blue Sage restaurants.
Tuscany, inspired by the comfort and cuisine of a traditional Italian country home offering hand-crafted authentic cuisine, will be serving an Easter brunch menu including an antipasti buffet with artisan-cured Italian meats and cheeses; scallion pesto, house-made pickles; marinated olives, black garlic puree and whole grain mustard with grilled ciabatta bread and assorted crackers.
A McClendon’s Farm insalata action station will feature organic greens with house-made salad dressings and assorted toppings.
Guests will enjoy a choice of entrees including rotisserie leg of lamb with English pea risotto, Merguez sausage and roasted tomato with Pecorino cheese; monte cristo with Manchego prociutto accompanied with a San Daniele-strawberry rhubarb compote; pork shoulder hash with duck fat Yukon Gold potatoes, sunny-up farm eggs; house-smoked trout on sea salt flat bread with parsley oil, ceci beans, lemon-herb crème fraîsche; and a Hickman’s Farm egg omelet with mozzarella di bufala, Campari tomatoes, chives and crispy Yukon Gold potatoes.
A dessert grand buffet will be offered by the resort's National and World Pastry Champions featuring Easter egg cookies, Easter chocolate eggs filled with assorted mousses, New York cheesecake, lemon meringue pie, tiramisu, carrot cake and much more.
Offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 8, Tuscany's Easter brunch is $45 for adults and $22.50 for children under 12 years old.
Savor Easter dinner starting with a choice of Easter carrot soup, Caesar salad or spring greens salad with Easter egg radish, roasted corn, cucumber and pistachios in citrus vinaigrette at Meritage Steakhouse. Tantalizing entrees include a choice of roasted lamb chops served with mint chimmichurri, house-smoked prime rib, and northern halibut in a lemon caper butter sauce with blood orange slaw.
Family-style side dishes include a spring vegetable assortment of peas, yellow beans, carrots, zucchini, squash, wild mushrooms and smoked shallot mashed potatoes. Tantalizing desserts include a duo of triple chocolate Napoleon with wild strawberry, peach and Sicilian pistachio gelato.
The Meritage Steakhouse Easter dinner is $55 per adult and $27.50 per child under the age of 12 and will be served from 3 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, April 8.
Blue Sage is offering a festive Easter grand buffet – and it’s grand -- featuring a fruit station with seasonal fruit and berries; cold buffet offering smoked salmon and a variety of salads; antipasti, assorted domestic artisanal meats and cheese display; chilled seafood and caviar featuring shrimp, oysters; a hot buffet with sausages, Belgian waffles, blue corn pancakes and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes; omelet stations with cooked-to-order eggs from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; pasta station including cavatapi pasta Alfredo and penne pasta with mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and zucchini in a marinara sauce starting at 2 p.m.; a carving station of maple glazed ham, herb rubbed New York strip steak and salmon wellington and sushi roll station.
An extensive array of desserts by the award-winning National and World pastry Champions include crème brûlée station, chocolate fountain and several action stations with cotton candy, Cold Stone ice cream with waffle cones and sauces.
The Blue Sage Easter buffet is $65 per adult and $32.50 for children under 12 years old. The grand buffet will be served from 10:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 8.
