This premier, black tie optional event recognizes individuals in business who have played in the history and prosperity of Northwest Georgia.etired educator, Mark Pace, Editor Emeritus, The Daily Citizen, and Chang Yim, entrepreneur and businessman. Brian Anderson, President and CEO of the Dalton/Whitfield Chamber of Commerce will be recognized with the 'Rising Star' award.
