Ye Gaskell Occasional Dance Society presents a Frolicsome June Gaskell Ball.
Enjoy dancing Waltes, Polkas, Schottisches, Set Dances, and other Victorian-era Ballroom Dances to Live Music by the Brassworks in the beautiful ballroom of Oakland's Scottish Rite Center.
Cost: $20
Dress: 19th - 21st Century Formal or Semi-formal Attire.
Appropriate Ages: Teens to Adults
Please bring potluck "finger food" snacks to share!
Doors open at 7:30pm for a 40 min. Dance workshop.
There will also be a beginners' dance class during the afternoon (3:45pm - 6:15pm) at the same venue for a separate cost of $10.
