June Evening Walk with Moth Trapping June 30, 2009

A two and a half mile return walk at dusk along the shoreline and through Chichester Harbour countryside to Fishbourne Meadows, to meet up with members of the Chichester Natural History Society who have kindly volunteered to set up a moth trap for us to survey and introduce to us the moths they find in the meadows. With Mike Perry of CNHS and John Knight, WSCC Coastal Ranger. Dress warmly and for muddy conditions and also bring a torch. No dogs please. Safety briefing 9.15pm prompt. Roadside parking.
