July 4th Pot Luck July 4, 2010

4th of July - Fellow VBPS Members and Associates,
The Co-Op Charting group will not be hosting the Independence Day Picnic this year since many of them will be out of town. Therefore, we will have a "Pot Luck" Independence Day Picnic.

Each of you should sign-up to bring a dish to share...appetizers, salads, desserts. Also bring your beverage of choice. We will provide the hamburgers and hot dogs and all the toppings. If you want to bring something other than hamburgers and hot dogs like chicken, you can cook it on the grill. A sign-up sheet is posted in our building. Bob has posted another sign-up sheet for those of you who would like to assist with the set-up, cooking on the grill and clean-up afterwards.
