Show starts at 8pm with the graceful Julie Rosenthal. Smooth and calming, her songs combined with a cold beer will melt the stresses of the week away.

Aspiring singer? Avid music listener? Or, maybe just want to enjoy some delicious food! Come to BEC's Songwriter & Singer ShowCase for great music, food, and performing/promoting opportunities! A great performing space for any musician and amazing combination of rich food, environment, and comfort for the listener! Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. The place to be, BEC's!

Details about performing:

We are looking for individual singers and songwriters to showcase their talents!

The performing space is back dropped with a fireplace, creating a beautiful light and warm atmosphere. Through the back doors, there is a full bar and restaurant with a giant monitor and sound system showing the performance in the other room! This provides entertainment for all the patrons enjoying their food and drinks! Microphones and amps will be provided! The show starts at 8pm and continues until 11pm. This three-hour set includes three to four other artists, with small breaks in-between each act. Playing time is flexible, but we encourage a set somewhere between 20-60mins.

The showcase is also a perfect opportunity for promoting your music! Space is provided to sell CD’s/T-shirts or place flyers. The crowd is a mix of Berkeley locals and Cal students! There will also be a photographer at the show. Perform for the opening night and establish your name in the Berkeley bubble of artist!
