Jubilate! Chamber Choir presents: The Spirit Sings May 3, 2008

Jubilate! Chamber Choir presents a fundraising concert, “The Spirit Sings,” to help Vancouver’s Quaker community build a well & safe supply of drinking water for 400 primary school children in rural Kenya.

Join us for an evening of Poetry in Song: Shakespeare, Blake, Whitman, Rossetti, Rilke strikingly set by Hindemith, Dello Joio, Chatman, Harris, Lauridsen, Tavener, Manteyarvi. Conductor, Scott Goble; accompanist Ya-Wen Wang.

Sat. May 3: St Mark’s - Kitsilano Vancouver; Sun. May 4: Northwood UC Surrey.
