Dr. Blake will present guidelines and helpful tips on defining a healthy diet and how to achieve your goals, especially beneficial for those on SAD, Standard American Diet.

Dr. Blake holds two doctorate degrees in holistic health and in naturopathic medicine. He used his new software, the Diet Doctor 2010 to help write his latest book on dietary fats and oils (available for free to attendees). He is the master, registered herbalist who pioneered the consolidation of knowledge on natural remedies from around the world, now released as GlobalHerbProfessional 2009. Dr. Blake has authored 22 major publications including Healing Medicine. He completed a textbook called Vitamins and Minerals Demystified for McGraw-Hill in 2008.
